Rolls

This page is a work in progress, at the moment it is just a collection of great videos I have found on youtube. (Note: They are not my videos.) They are more usefull then any written description. It is easiest to learn how to eskimo roll on flat water, with a mask on. This stops water getting up your nose as well as enabling you to comfortably open your eyes so you can visually see what is going on.
