Hi all,

I have Monday-Wednesday (13-15) off and looking to paddle snowy and what ever else people are doing.
Ill be driving up from South East NSW alone at the moment.
Happy to meet a crew along the way if people are looking to paddle.

What's the Plan for the snowy releases?

I'm keen. I've got to check with the boss but I should be good to go.

Trip is confirmed as on, 5 starters. Meetup will be Berridale Servo at 8.30am. Last minute starters and turn up on the day folks most welcome.

I have just uploaded a short video clip of Gus rescuing me on the Snowy River trip on Tuesday 28th October 2014.  It features a very dodgy roll and a good rescue with me on the back of Gus's kayak.

Nice skills Angus! Geoff please no more videos of the Snowy.  It is depressing when all the rivers are red!

Griff

I know what you mean, its pretty depressing.  However, Gus was busting to see how the rescue looked so I just had to do it.

Stu and I are heading down to Penrith on Saturday.  Not ideal but its all that's around.

I was more interested in seeing what fish you filmed during the second rescue but thanks for this.

Gus, there were lots of bubbles and some dark and then light.  No fish, but I did see something that resembled a red-faced fish but that may have been me.  I'm still working through the rest of the video.  Could be another week or two at this rate.  Can't wait till next release.

Thanks again for the rescue.
